In a process ofcontinuous innovation, Cool Roof, the French specialist of cooling for sustainable buildings, celebrates a record year by treating its one-millionth square meter of roofing with coating, thermo-reflective and innovative. This major achievement is accompanied by the recognition of theindustry, with several awards that highlight thecommitment of thecompany towards sustainability andenergy efficiency. Recently, Cool Roof has crossed the mark of one million square meter treaty with theimplementation of its solution in low-tech and eco-responsible in an area of 24, 000m2 on a logistics platform in the paris region. This project, chosen by Invesco Real Estate to improve the energy balance of the building, illustrates thestrategic commitment of the client faced several challenges : the reduction of CO₂ emissions, compliance with regulations, recent, control energy costs and a strong commitment to the social responsibility of thecompany.
We are very proud to see one of our buildings equipped with this solution is unusual and innovative, which promotes a French savoir-faire unique. We are particularly looking on the environmental performance of our assets in the portfolio, and we anticipate a very bright future for the solution of the cool roofing.

The challenge was daunting, requiring precise coordination and adaptation to variable weather conditions to ensure the success of theinstallation.
On the strength of its recent successes, Cool Roof encourages the actors of the building to adopt its innovative solutions to reduce costs and theenvironmental impact. The building sector, which represents 43 % of the energy consumption and 23 % of GHG emissions in France, offers a huge potential : with more than 300 million m2 of surfaces conditioned to optimize the potential for reducing theenergy footprint and costs by Cool Roof is immense.
