In Cool Roof, we have always believed that our success was that of our employees. I am proud to share how, within the human resources department, we are building every day an employer brand that combines quality of life at work, gender and CSR commitments.
Beyond words, we decided to act : telecommuting unlimited, management benevolent, gender equality, inclusion etc., all of the concrete commitments that we carry every day to make Cool Roof a place where everyone can thrive. I can cite the example of an employee-helping who was able to adjust his schedule in everyday life, even at the last minute to accompany his elderly parents at the various medical appointments, while maintaining a full professional involvement. I could see a self-help natural, spontaneous in the teams and it is this that makes Cool Roof, a company with strong values.
We’ve also invested in ergonomic equipment to facilitate the work, whether it be office adjustable seat suitable or accessories to enhance the comfort of the application and without the need for medical evidence.
In Cool Roof, we firmly believe that transparency is the basis of a relationship of trust. This is why we have as a mission in 2025 to build a grid of remuneration clear and fair. For equal skills, everyone benefits from the same treatment, without areas of shadow.
But we want to go even further. In 2025, we are committed to further structure our practices in HR, with an ethical framework strengthened, in order to continue to ensure pay equity and working without a flaw.
I am particularly proud of our telework policy unlimited. This bold choice, against the current of the current, allows our teams to find a balance between professional and personal life, while giving them the freedom to organize their work as they wish.
The feedback of the employees are extremely positive : this measure has not only strengthened their commitment, but also their job satisfaction. We have shown that this flexibility is consistent with the ambitious goals and measurable results. The productivity has not suffered, quite the contrary. And it is with pleasure that we find our colleagues at meetings face-to-face.

Concretely, this means that we remain attentive to the well-being of our teams, creating a culture of active listening.
