Theregulatory requirement of the Device Power saving Tertiary (DEET), most often called ” Decree Tertiary “, aims to reduce the energy consumption of the buildings of the tertiary activities.
This obligation aims to improve the energy performance of the French stock of existing buildings. It provides a regulatory basis for the obligation of energy performance to be achieved. (Finally !)
This decree applies today to all the buildings, parts of buildings or group of buildings for tertiary use, the public and private sectors, irrespective of their year of service. Are involved :

All the buildings mentioned above, should be the subject ofa declaration of energy consumption annually for 2020 and 2021, according to a reference year. This declaration is to be achieved on the platform OPERAT, managed by theADEME. Homeowners, landlords and tenants, your responsibilities are detailed in your lease (good replay 😅).
We told you, if you are not interested in the order tertiary prior to now, you have a few trains of late.
The last date for the declaration of your energy consumption was set at… December 31, 2022. So, do not delay and go on the platform OPERAT !
