In 2024, the “Cool Team” sadded 16 new talents, strengthening our expertise in the areas of technical, business, and research and development. The human dynamic is a reflection of our commitment to building a strong organization to respond to the challenges of the energy performance of buildings.
Among these new recruits figure Louis Cabaud, deputy Director general since January 2024. His arrival represents a will to strengthen our leadership in the market while continuing to innovate and act for theenvironment and social justice.
Cool Roof has exceeded this year a historic milestone by crossing the cape of1 000 000 m2 of surfaces cool roofées. This realization results in not only theefficiency of our solutions, but also thecommitment of our customers to reduce their energy consumption and carbon footprint.
Thanks to our projects in 2024, Cool Roof has made it possible toavoid theemission of nearly 2 928 tonnes of CO₂ in theatmosphere. This figure has been certified by our Dividends Climate, equivalent to thecarbon impact ofa journey of 19 500 km by plane, which clearly illustrate the environmental benefits of our technology.
Theyear was punctuated by numerous awards that attest to our commitment toinnovation and sustainability. Cool Roof has been labelled “Future Unicorn social and environmental Impact” by the Movement Impact France, confirming our pioneering role in the sector.

Cool Roof has joined in 2024 , the French network of the global Compact of theunited nations, strengthening our commitment to the 17 sustainable development Goals.
We have also continued to support local initiatives and social, in particular through our corporate sponsorship program. This year, we have provided 2 500 m2 of solution Cool Roof for projects with strong social and environmental impact. Thus, community projects, and building inclusive have seen the light of day in theADTP dAnnecy and Public Places of Marseille to help the employee.e.s in a situation of disability, and people integrating by theemployment in a QPV, respectively.
In 2024, Cool Roof has presented its innovative solutions at 11 trade fairs in the transitions in energy, environmental and social, such as EnerJ-Meeting, Exchange Now, SIBCA and Pollutec. These events have been of the highlights to share with partners, policy makers and potential customers, while enhancing our visibility and credibility.
For example, Cool Roof sstands out as a “Nugget innovative” of the SIBCA, the Salon de lReal Estate, Low Carbon. This light helped Louis Cabaud to present our solutions at several panels ofexperts and media events with BFM Business, BiTV and Thomas Hughes on Smart Impact.
Among the notable achievements, a flagship project of 24 000 m2 has helped to demonstrate theeffectiveness and simplicity of implementation of our solutions. This construction is equivalent to more than three football fields, illustrating our ability to meet the needs of large-scale infrastructure.
In parallel, large companies from various sectors – pharmaceutical, logistics, retail – have trusted us to transform their roofs in areas with durable and efficient.
In Cool Roof, theinnovation remains at the heart of our activities. In 2024, we have intensified our efforts in R&D, in particular with theintroduction of more efficient technologies for the reduction of urban heat islands. Our solutions are eco-designed, using bio-sourced materials such as powdered shells ofoysters, continue to show the way to a future that is more respectful of theenvironment.
Our three Offices ofStudies, conducted by the Dr. Badr Chegari, work to construct buildings that are increasingly respectful of theenvironment and communities.
